9. Order Process and Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. MPRINTZ reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend any order at any time before confirmation. Once an order is confirmed via email, it becomes binding. No order can be modified or cancelled after confirmation without written consent from MPRINTZ management.

10. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in full before production begins (unless credit arrangement is approved)
• We accept online payments, bank transfers, and other specified payment methods
• Payment information is processed securely through authorized payment gateways
• Late payments may result in order delays or cancellation
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST

11. Delivery and Shipping

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
• Shipping is the customer's responsibility after goods leave our premises
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors
• Customers must inspect goods upon receipt and report damages within 48 hours
• Risk of goods passes to the customer upon dispatch

Customers must ensure that any designs, content, or materials submitted for printing do not violate intellectual property rights of third parties. MPRINTZ is not responsible for any copyright, trademark, or patent infringement claims arising from customer-provided content.
